I ordered from 808pickle and everything did show up in good shape, so I can’t really complain about the product itself. But the shipping was slower than I expected, and the lack of updates was kind of ridiculous for something that was only a few days late.

I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in any hurry, but I definitely wouldn’t count on it arriving quickly. Overall, it was an average experience for me, decent product, but the delivery side could use some work.

Shopping here was kind of frustrating. I’d say maybe half the things I was interested in were either out of stock or didn’t actually seem available once I clicked through. I spent around 10 or 15 minutes browsing and pretty much ended up with nothing I could buy. Hopefully they get better at keeping the inventory updated, but for now I probably wouldn’t bother.

I stopped by this local shop am I missing something? It just felt messy and not very welcoming. Maybe I caught it on an off day, but I didn’t really feel like going back after that.

I got this paddle from 808pickle.com it’s been better than I thought it would be. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but it has really good pop on drives and still gives me nice control up by the kitchen. It also feels comfortable in my hand and doesn’t get heavy even after a few games. So far, I’m happy with it and don’t have any complaints.

My order came in and right away I noticed the pickleball paddle wasn’t the one I ordered. Also, one of the ball packs was just missing, which I didn’t even realize until I was checking everything again. The receipt was correct, so I have no idea how it got messed up. I emailed support, but the response felt super generic and didn’t really help. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d order from here again...

I wasn’t too happy with my order overall. It took longer to arrive than I expected, and the weird part is, once I finally got it, the product didn’t really feel worth the wait. I was hoping for a better experience, but I probably won’t be ordering from this site again

I only played with this paddle for a few weeks before the edge started cracking. I wasn’t doing anything unusual with it, so it kind of makes you wonder how well it was put together. I really expected it to hold up better.

I went on 808pickle.com just looking for a paddle, but somehow ended up clicking through balls, bags, grips, and a bunch of other stuff too. There was more on there than I thought, which was a nice surprise.
The site was easy enough to browse, and they had a good mix of brands, not just the usual things I keep seeing everywhere. I didn’t buy everything I looked at, but I’ll probably check back next time I need something.

I’d probably give 808pickle around 3 stars for communication. They did get back to me, so I can’t say they ignored me, but the replies took longer than I expected and it kind of dragged things out.
The answers were helpful enough, but sometimes they were short and didn’t really cover everything. I’d ask one thing, get a partial answer, then have to follow up again, and it started to feel like the goalposts kept moving just to get a clear answer.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth as it could’ve been. Faster replies and clearer explanations upfront would make a big difference.

I was checking out 808pickle and, you know, very calmly trying to understand what the products actually are, but the descriptions didn’t really give me much to work with. Some of it sounds appealing, but it’s still hard to tell what I’d actually be buying.
The sizing, materials, and main features all feel a little too vague. I don’t mind doing a bit of reading, obviously, totally fine, but I shouldn’t have to guess basic stuff before placing an order.
So for me, this ends up being a 1-star experience. I’m not trying to be dramatic or anything, but I just don’t feel comfortable spending money when the product info is this unclear. The site really needs more detailed descriptions.
